Generac Power Systems, Inc. of Waukesha, Wisconsin and surrounding area school districts has formed a Business/Education partnership demonstrating a true working model of educational reform. The Second Chance Education Program is a 21 consecutive month integrated educational experience combining youth apprenticeship and proficiency based classroom education.

Generac is proud to be recognized as a 5 Star Employer by the Employer Support of the Guard (ESGR), an agency of the United States Department of Defense.
